Visual Fix: High Fashion Meets Retro '80s

Okay, seriously, how fun is this photo shoot featured in the July edition of Elle Magazine?!

I can just picture Tyra Banks from America’s Next Top Model saying to her models “don’t let that sexy, naked man out shine you!” I love the high fashion mixed with retro ‘80s - the pop of colour really works. Her frizz-less, ultra bouncy curls and flawless makeup bring the whole look together. Love it!

Visual Fix: Cool Heat

When I first saw this image in Elle, the eyeshadows from MAC's recently released Cool Heat collection came to mind. I love how the dark colours accented with blues, greens and aqua contrast with the warm and sandy beach. The summer months are typically about bright colours or variations of bronze which makes this photo an interesting change from what we're used to seeing.
